celī Female descendant; married daughter. However, in Jājarkoṭ as in Jumlā, the word is sometimes used as simply "daughter," and as "daughter-in-law" (Devkoṭā V.S. 2027:25), particularly in the ritual vocabulary of local oracles (compare, too, Bandhu V.S. 2028:24).
