rāyo sarsu (the latter the local pronunciation of sarsyū) sarsu are pale, yellowish mustard, Brassica campetris, rāyā dark mustard, Brassica nigra, and torī (mentioned later) reddish mustard, apparently also Brassica campetris (Shrestha 1984:74, 66, 37).
