Note 202:

This text is really a coda to the previous one, and was recorded only in performance, with a few lines inaudible at the end. The terse reference to ancestors is clarified by the story found in V.18.Once the familiars are assembled, they are commanded to go to work, to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of the patient. Shaman weapons, vā–ṅ, "barbs," are also assembled at the end, particularly those of natural threats found in the area, such as bees, wasps, scorpions, and tigers. These are used against forces, human or non-human, that may oppose the shaman finding a solution to the problems he faces.
