pāwai dhārī Karṇa Vīr later "corrected" this to pakki ghar, a slate-roofed, well-built house. However, in the witch mantar recorded later the same day, he again reverted to "pāwai dhari," so I have retained it here as originally delivered, although in both instances, the expected final word of the phrase, kharāu, is inexplicably missing.
